What's the difference between Shaka Wear and it's competitors?
Here at Shaka Wear, we believe our customers shouldn’t have to sacrifice quality for low prices. Therefore, we strive to offer the highest quality goods at the lowest price possible. Let's be honest here, most companies don't care about saving you money, we do. Keeping our customers satisfied is our utmost priority and we aim to do so whichever way we can.
Shaka Wear built its reputation on the Max Heavyweight shirt which is often times compared to other industry brands that quite frankly don't even compare. Shaka Wear's shirts are heavier and more durable with colors that last long after the point those of other brand shirts would fade. Wash after wash, our shirt have proven time and time again that Shaka Wear’s quality is second to none.
I'm having trouble finding products.
All of our products are broken down into Collections. Some products like our "Max Heavyweight Shirts" are broken down into 3 different sizing categories. If you are continuing to have difficulty navigating though our website please email wholesale@shakawear.com with your questions or concerns.
How do your shirts fit?
All of our size specs are listed in our Catalog page.
What is your return/exchange policy?
- Items may ONLY be returned or replaced if wrong or damaged items were received
- We are NOT able to accept any items that have been printed on/decorated, warn, or washed. Once received back at our facility, all items will be checked to ensure they are in original condition before a refund is issued
- The customer will need to cover the shipping cost for returns
How fast do you guys ship?
Our processing time is 5–7 business days. Once your order has been processed, standard shipping times will apply based on your selected delivery method.
I received a defective product.
Please send us an email WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER and a picture to wholesale@shakawear.com. Once we have approved the defect you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email along with further instructions.
I was shipped the wrong item
We apologize for the inconvenience ahead of time as our warehouse can get pretty hectic. Please specify the original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, order number, color and size to wholesale@shakawear.com and we will get you the correct item.
Do I have to pay shipping fees on returned items?
Yes, you will be responsible for paying postage on any returns. If you request an exchange, we will waive the standard shipping fee on your exchanged item. If you have a defective item or received the wrong product, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label upon approval.
How long does the return/exchange process take?
Please give all returns/exchanges 5 days to process once we have received your item. To expedite this process please email wholesale@shakawear.com the tracking number and the details of your order.

What is the processing time for orders? Do pickup orders or shipped orders have different processing times?
Processing time for all orders is the same, it is 3-7 business days before they are ready to pickup or ready to be shipped out.
